Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy

At BetterBites, we aim to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


Order Cancellation

Once an order has been successfully placed and processed through the payment gateway, it cannot be cancelled. We request customers to review their order details carefully before confirming the purchase.


Refund Policy

Refunds are considered only in specific cases and will be issued in the form of store credit, unless otherwise stated.

You may contact us for a refund request if:

  • Your order is not shipped within 7 days of successful payment.

  • Your delivery location is not serviceable by our courier partners and we are unable to dispatch your order.


Damaged or Defective Products

We take utmost care in packaging our products. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us at connect@betterbites.in within 48 hours of delivery.

Kindly include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective product

Eligible cases will be addressed through a replacement or exchange, as per our discretion.
Refunds will not be provided for damaged items.


Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Cases

Refunds or returns will not be entertained under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer

  • Recipient unavailable at the delivery location

  • Refusal to accept the order at the time of delivery

  • Delivery made to a person or location as instructed by the customer

  • Delays or failures caused by force majeure events

  • Any form of tampering, misuse, or damage after delivery


Important Notes

  • Food products are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed as store credit only.

  • Store credit will be issued within a reasonable processing time after approval.
